Rust added a feature called Ping Estimation with the 04/04/2024 update.
This feature causes server lag and stall every 5 minutes.
Thanks and this plugin, the server lag/stall issue is solved.
Just upload the plugin and launch it, and all problems with server lag and stalls will be fixed.
It works with both Oxide/Umod and Carbon.

Hi, just install it and start the plugin, you don’t need to do anything else
