No Tugboat Spawn, allows you to disable the generation of all tugboats or to allow other plugins or events to generate tugboats and eliminate all tugboats generated automatically by the server.
Default Configuration

Disable only server tugboat generation — If set to TRUE, only delete server generated tugboats. In this way any tugboats generated by other plugins or events will not be eliminated.
If set to FALSE, all generated tugboats will be deleted. (default TRUE)
Compatibility with other Plugins or Events
The plugin has been created in such a way as to only delete the tugboats generated by the server (if the Disable only server tugboat generation field is set to true) and not to delete the tugboats generated by other Plugins or Events.
The following plugins have already been tested and everything works without problems:
Vehicle License
Tugboat Pirates
VehicleBuy
However, if you encounter problems with your plugins or events, feel free to open a support request and I will make sure to make the plugin compatible with your plugins or events

I suggested this plugin Idea to Scalbox, and he was very excited to create this plugin for free for others and myself to use. Very handy if you you run a PVE server with Vehicle vendors that sell Tugboats, and you do not want the server spawning wild ones. I tested my event plugin Tugboat Pirates, and 2 vehicle plugins VehicleLicense, and VehicleBuy without interfering with Tugboats from those. This plugin acheivs what I needed for my servers!! Thank you Scalbox

You can add code snippets easily with the push of a button.
You can add code snippets for various programming languages, the code will be formatted and displayed in different colors for easier reading.
From the text editor click on one of the 2 buttons:

ACCORDION
Formatting and dividing a text well is very important, this will help users in reading.
To better organize the text, the text editor provides you with ACCORDIONS that allow you to enclose parts of text in “chapters that can be opened and closed”.
The code for inserting the ACCORDION is provided below, just copy and paste it into the text editor
The code has fields to edit to change the display/behavior: title=”” — The title to show at the beginning of the ACCORDION open=”” — If the default ACCORDION should be open or closed, possible values: no, yes
NB: To avoid page formatting issues when copying the AGREEMENT code, make sure to paste it without formatting by pressing the CTRL+SHIFT+V keys
